Case Builder

ProofMosaic Case Builder is intended as a one-time digital service. Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the case has not entered final processing or delivery.

How to request a refund

Contact customer support using the business support contact shown on the ProofMosaic website. Include the email used for purchase and purchase date.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law or card-network rules.

Subscriptions

The initial Case Builder product does not use recurring subscriptions.
